Sherman Artist Association
The Sherman Artists Association is hosting a show “August Light” in the Kent Art Association Building, 21 S. Main St, Kent, Connecticut August 2 – 31, 2024. Over 35 artists and over 100 paintings, photographs, mixed media, fused glass and sculpture have been accepted into the show. The artists have created a feast of landscapes, portraits and abstracts of life, whimsy and beauty. The opening reception is Friday, August 2, from 6 – 8 pm and the show is open from August 2-31, 2024. Open hours are: Thursday – Saturday 1 – 5pm, Sunday 12 – 4pm. The artists, both established and new, are from New York, and Connecticut including Fairfield and Litchfield counties.
