Sherman Artists Open Studios Dec 7-8

Deadline to participate is Tuesday, Oct 1, 2024

Join the Sherman Artists Association in celebrating our 4th year of a popular event that will be held in Sherman Artists’ Studios and pop-up locations within Sherman, CT. This is a great opportunity for SAA Artists to showcase their work prior to the holiday season. Participating artists have the choice to be in an assigned pop-up location or volunteer to be in their Sherman-located studio. Tables and grids can be provided if needed at pop-up locations, but if you have grids to use or can lend to our open studios, please let us know. Artists are responsible for their own displays, set-up, insurance, and selling of their work. All SAA Member Artists are welcome to apply. Work must be created by the artist.

To participate in open studios, please use our online application form at https://form.jotform.com/231895582311156

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Acceptance letters will be emailed on October 7. Once accepted, the entry fee of is $50 is due by October 15, 2024.

Once accepted, you will be sent a link to the artist agreement and a request for payment by ACH, credit, debit card or Venmo by October 15.

In addition, Open Studio participants will be invited to enter 1-2 art pieces into the Sherman Library Exhibit November 22, 2024 – January 8, 2025.
